The main thing that your party A-UPPT will unite all population of the country – all tax bearers, has the rigid and made ideologies based that payers of taxes are an economic basis of the state and a source of formation of the budget of the country any of parties existing today in Ukraine cannot declare that.
What do you offer? To unite to all tax bearers of the country and the world for protection of the rights and freedom against officials – bureaucrats and corruptionists which we contain? Through the next elections to receive the constitutional majority in world parliaments, to change the country legislation, to limit the power of officials and to force them to work on the people and the country, and is better, to replace all of them with party members of payers of taxes.
What interestingly on the basis? I think that you wish to make it on the basis of ideology of party A-UPPT. Payers of taxes contain all officials, their family in the world, pay salaries, give privileges, and they as present “patriots” of the country, create problems to Payers of taxes, oppress them as slaves, in any modern society.
Interestingly, you really consider what the businessman of an average hand, the oligarch and the worker can unite under your banners? Probably yes, after all of them Payers of taxes and a problem at them with the power and officials same. In Ukraine officials treat badly citizens. Citizens reciprocate.

Among the reasons of such state of affairs – the relation of officials to tax bearers, absence at state employees of that understanding that “has employed” them a society for performance of certain work and rendering of qualitative services. After all “minister” in transfer from Latin means a word “servant”, and People’s Deputies once in the USSR not casually named “servants of the people”.
Quality of work of civil service directly depends on level of preparation the officials. But for years of independence degree of the master of management was received hardly more by than 5 % from total of state employees.
The majority of officials, especially a high rank, education and experience in a Soviet period while at the present stage of development of the state and a society absolutely other methods and ways of the decision of problems are required got.
The modern official should know bases of anti-recessionary management, marketing, logistics, PR, conflictology … In actual fact the day, many officials at all do not know the Ukrainian language and own history.
But problem sources are covered probably nevertheless concerning officials to the work and to people. And to change psychology and the relation – it is the most difficult. While state employees perceive citizens who address to them, as “applicants” with whom they (state employees) “make happy”.
